Unless you're into a aggressive driving, a stiff ride, and lots of noise, stick with the rubber bushings. I'm going to run poly on my car, but my car is going to have stiff suspension that would destroy rubber bushings. DON'T run Delrin bushings on a street car! They are much too stiff. Those are for track cars only. Poly bushings are very easy to install because they come in two pieces. Lube 'em up and slide 'em in (with a little pressing). You can get the poly bushings from any BMW parts place.
