All you need to do is get a 3 lb sledge and a drift ..(and some balls) and knock the originals out- the U-bushings come with special grease and slide easily in place with a soft hammer or rubber mallett. I worse comes to worse, use a cheapo propane torch and burn 'em out! I did it and compared to stock replacement, it's a snap! Also, the ride is NOT all that bad..
