To get the roundels off, you need a sharp knife or putty knife and a soft cloth. Place the cloth on the hood and force the edge of the knife into the cylinderical portion of the roundel. Slowly lift up a edge and repeat the process going around the roundel. The roundel should pop off.

You might need two new inserts if they are damaged.
