By OEM, I assume you mean 2002 Factory Option wheels. If this is the case, then you shouldn't have an issue with wheel offset (320i wheels have a different offset than 2002 wheels). You can probably get away with 205/60/13 tires with an acceptable amount of rub (only in hard cornering). 185/70/13's should work without rubbing at all but your tire selection is generally limited to "T" speed rating. Stiffer springs may also help reduce rub.
