Hi Everyone,

I'm still unfamiliar with my '02 (i.e. I'm not sure what has and hasn't been done to it). I assumed that I had a regular differential until I "accidentally" dumped the clutch on my driveway. This left behind two, neat tire patches of equal length (about 4 feet long). I thought a stock non-LSD would leave one substantial patch and maybe a little or nothing on the other side. I jacked the car up and, sure enough, rotate one wheel and the other rotates the opposite direction. Since I have positive I.D. on the stock differential why the two equal tire tracks??? I thought this was kind of weird but it can certainly be chalked up to my lack of knowledge on how differentials work. Anyone wish to fill me in? TIA!

Cheers,
Rian
