Tii exhaust manifold replacement (archive)

Looking for adivse or tips when removing the old exhaust manifold and replaceing wth a new on my 74Tii.
Some of nuts have unscrewed with the stud. can I reuse?
Advise when installing new exhaust manifold? Any lubrication between the head and the gaskets etc.
Thanks, this is my first attempt.
