The original dizzy in my 74 02 was a JFUD4 with an E12 head. It had a vac adv, heavy weights and 1 weaker spring as compared to the 008 I bought from Bav Auto Sport. Because of the heavy weights and the weak spring, the JFUD4 has a rather rapid advance curve which is good for low CR engines, but not so good for higher CR engines.

With 9.5 CR I would use the 008 dizzy offered by everybody under the sun. I'm sure it will be a good starting point. If you feel like playing around with the advance curve to eek out those extra 5 HP, you can mix and match parts from the 2 dizzies, like I did.
