: Though Kenny doesn't think I know anything and he thinks I'm a bad writer, I have to say I'm glad someone brought up the wet verses dry check. Doesn't that rule out rings verses other stuff? I got Dry readings (just like Ken said to do it BTW)142,88,127,146, WET (couple squirts of motor oil in the cylinder where the plug screws in)142,92,128,141. I'm concluding head gasket (Now here's where Ken and I will separate, if we haven't already ((Ken?)))and wait until something fails before doing anything about it. in other words, not a time bomb, just loss of performance.
