Pretty much anything is possible. However, a 25 year old car is going to take some time and money to maintain. Especially in the first 2 years of college, it might be a problem. You might want to wait until things are settled down a bit and skip the 2002 for your freshman year.

IMHO, I have found that besides the kind of person you are, adequate cash and time (the very things a 25 year old car can suck away from you) are the key ingredients to having quality female relationships.

If you do decide to buy an 2002, you might be advised to get a good one and expect to pay between 3,500 to 4,500. At that price, you can get a reasonably reliable car.
