Most people recommend that you leave this job up to a professional. If you're game to tackle the job yourself, you will need to have both windshields and rear side windows (gaskets too) out. I hope you haven't loss the original headliner, that's your template. There is no info in the factory manual on this.

I vaguely rememeber seeing posting on this message board and the original '02 Digest. Check those for more info.
