: Thanks, Marcus. Right now the car is stuck in 6 inches of mud (don't ask). So I can't look under the car. But the engine mounts check out OK, and my mechanic says the car drives just fine once you get it into 3rd or 4th gear on the highway. He drove the car 500 miles *after* the event I described in my first message.
