THe starter is a piece of cake - 1/2 hour, the second time you do one. The brake master is awkward but not hard, as long as the nuts on the brake lines all turn freely. If they don't, and the lines want to turn with them, it's a bear to get them off and avoid kinking them. I've not found bleeding to be a problem, especially with a new cylinder. Just be careful not to spill fluid (having a pint of rubbing alcohol handy to immediately clean up spills is a good idea) and read the other reply to your query, re: having the right parts handy.
