do I need to rebuild my calipers? (archive)

My car has been pulling to the right lately. Took the wheels and brake pads off the calipers for a look. The outside pistons come out much sooner than the inner and the lower/outer one doesn't want to return on it's own. I cleaned em up and tried adding a little light oil to see if that would free up the pistons. Visually nothing changed afterwards, but seems to pull less on the road.

Should all four pistons move at the same time? Should they push out and then settle back fairly quickly? rebuild in order???

thanks
