I ran all of my speaker cables including rca's down the center tunnel and up to the back, howevere I ran the Power cable and remote turn on switch for my amp (under my rear seat) down the driver's side. I did this because it's a good idea to separate power cables from your cables carrrying sound as sometimes the power cables will interfere with sound quality. My idea was do it once and do it right.
