A friend of mine had a Corvette in the early-mid 70s. He keeps on telling me how crappy the car was. Cracking fiberglass, stollen roofs, car falling apart and rough suspension. Handling was also quite vague.

He now drives a mint 2002, trying to forget his earlier Corvette experience.
