brake light flashes if cold/best size center pipe? (archive)

When cold out and/or before I have driven a few miles the dash brake-idiot light will not go out and/or flashes intermittently.....check'd 'chives, didn't see nuttin'....any ideas?

Also, will be putting ansa rear on 74tii and playing around with mixture/timing, etc. next week. a friend of mine will make any diameter middle pipe i need. what size recommend the board? (stock tii manifold) what was orig. tii and/or turbo size? car currently has B.S. meineke or some such cr*p on it from P.O.
