the answer is yes...all you have to do is swap the oil filter housings, plug the oil retutn hole in the tii block, and swap the timing chain housings between the two. The cost would be $5.00 if you decide to use silicon instead of BMW gaskets, and $45 if you decide to buy a gasket set for the timing chain housings.
