I have 185-60-13s and a 320i 5 speed with the original 3.64 diff. It works out pretty well, but 1st gear is really low with this combo. Going from stock to 185-60s is about a 7% difference, similar to going from a 3.64 diff to a 3.90 diff. I find my Falken 06s or what ever they are, are pathetic in the snow. I would imagine that any real perfomance tire has to really suck in the snow if it's worth anything on the dry.
