Roll the car so the bat goes around the wheel well using the tire as a source of pressure to gradually enlarge wheel well. be carefull not to try and enlarge all at once. Fallow the same prcedure on all wheels that need it. Like I said I haven't tried it but I have heard from several people that this is an easy way to slightly inlage wheelwells without cutting and welding them. Good Luck...Post your results if you go that route.
