My best advice would be to park the car for a week-end and try to locate the troubled spots.

I guess that all fuses are working allright, but did you check if you had voltage at the fuse? Problem can be loose connectors behind the fuse box, or someone with no experience just tried to play electrician somewhere in the car.

Make sure all items not working are properly connected, remove all underdash panels and go one by one thru all accessories. The 2002 wiring is very simple. You might need the $15 Haynes manual for the electric wiring. Check if colours in wires match with what you have.
