These mikuni's are weber DCOE work-alike's no? I understand the tuning is similar, but I haven't worked with them. Could you describe your setup and the problems you are having? I just went through a lot of head-scratching to set up my 45 DCOE's (idle still lumpy, but they go like hell). I might not be able to help you, but I'm curious as to the problems. You might check the Datsun 510 racing crowd--they use sidedraft Mikuni's.
