My electric fuel pump seems to work fine-pumps fuel out evenly, works quietly, etc, etc, so while trying to get the car going today I hooked up the mechanical one to get some gas into the lines, hoping that would somehow get things flowing. No gas came up after about 30 seconds of cranking the motor. SO I disconnected the fuel lines at both ends, and blew from the back up to see if air would make it through. It wouldn't. then I went up to the engine compartment and blew there, hoping to dislodge whatever was clogging the line. There, I could blow air through. ?? I'm confused. Is there a kink in the line somewhere? If there's something clogging the lines, how do I get it out? Any suggestions/advice are greatly appreciated. TIA
