I used a 323 T/O bearing on my five speed conversion, with the 228 flywheel. From what I understand, the tii bearing will work sometimes (if all the tolerances are on the tall side), but if the clutch is somewhat worn, then the slave might not have enough throw... I just went with the 323 so I didn't risk having to drop the tranny if it didn't work, $50 is cheap insurance...
