Delk's right, IMHO, silicone seems to work best in terms of longevity and ease of operation. I pull a cable cover on each side of the roof and shoot it in there w/the supplied tube (fits in the nozzle). If you're really ambitious, disassemble the crank mechanism (don't just pull it out of the roof, TAKE IT APART) and put a dab of bearing grease or something along those lines in the gearset. Also wouldn't hurt to snap down the headliner and spray a bit around the 'lifters' that push the roof up/pull it down when it's full forward...
