Duane, You should not have lossened nor removed the 10 mm bolt on the master cylinder. This bolt is used during assembly of the master cylinder to properly set the front portion of the cylinder adjustment throw. Loosening the set bolt allows the spring, piston etc to move to the rear of the master cylinder, effectively making the front of the master worthless, ie no pedal. Sorry, but unless some one has a better plan, you need to either rebuild (take apart and re do) your master cylinder or buy another. Peter
