Renato -- Assuming you've got a carb with an automatic choke:

I had a similar problem many years ago with a 1976 Pontiac Grand Prix. It turned out to be a choke problem. The choke would always close when I shut the engine off; this was OK with a cool or warm engine, but decidedly bad with a hot engine. You may want to check the old choke.
