Yes I too have been fiddling with my linkage to get it fully open. Basically I bent the small welded rod which actuates the linkage at the carb, and also, by the firewall I am using the middle hole to connect to the verticle rod from the pedal box. Good luck.

: I'm running into a problem with the linkage on my 69 2002. The engine is out of a '74-76 and used the 2 barrel pidsi type carburator. I just put a Weber 32/36 on the car, but the linkage doesn't line up quite right, or pull the throttle to the max. open position when sing the pedal. I'm guessing someone else out there has run into this problem. Is there a linkage assembley I can buy? If so where? The current linkage is through a series of bars that leas up to a ball socket on the car.
