I'm thinking of buying a Porter Cable random orbital polisher for polishing/waxing my two cars. According to what I have seen in the Griot's catelog, it will not leave swirl marks or burn the paint. But others that I have talked to say stay away from electric polishers because they can do damage. Has anyone used one of these polisher with any success?
