Adding fog lights is a good thing. The lighting in a '02 is what you would expect from a car designed in the '60s. I have my rectangular Hellas mounted underneath the bumper. Works for me.

If you into the concours bit, there should be an extra slot opening for a relay next to the other 3 relays in the engine compartment. Go down to your nearest '02 recycler and buy a used socket, find some female spade lugs for them, and wire them in per instructions. Oh yeah, also get a rear defroster pull switch from the parts place too for the dash.
