Look for a low-rust 2002. In your area, these will likely be hard to come by. If you find one, have a qualified mechanic inspect the body and undercarriage closely for rust/ rust repair. There are many informative sites on this web ring. Read them closely to get familiar with the 02 before you start looking. Check out bimmers.com and the 2002 History and Resources pages first. There are also many other informative pages here too. Most importantly, take your time and wait for the right car at the right price.
