You will need the top half of the 320i recaro mounting brackets to mount on top of your existing '02 brackets that you remove from the old '02 seats. The top and the bottom half then bolt together and get mounted on the recaros. Then they bolt right in, I did a search and heard a few references tothe 'off center" issue and though I haven't measured my seats for alignment they seem just fine to me.
