ON MY '74, THERE ARE THESE PLATES THAT SIT ON TOP FENDERS ABOVE THE STRUT TOWERS. DON'T CAMBER PLATES USUALLY GO BENEATH THE FENDERS? IF THEY'RE NOT CAMBER PLATES, THAN WHAT?
