Welcome aboard and congrats on your "new" '02. Regarding your front ride height, there may be a spacer ring between the top of the strut mount and the fender. I think it's about 5/8" thick or thereabouts. On my car, which has new Bilstein HD's but stock springs, the previous owner removed these rings and mounted them on TOP of the fender. Consequently, the car has a slightly nose-down attitude, but evens out with a full tank or passengers in the rear. Have you checked your rear springs or shocks? They will sag with age or if they're mismatched with the fronts or if the front and rear springs were inadvertantly switched. You can find a lot by using the search function on this board and type in "springs" or "ride height" or "shocks", etc.
As for your wheels, check out the Houston '02 owners group website below, which can sometimes be accessed through the Bay Area '02 site at www.bayarea02.com. Happy motoring!
