Welcome to 02 ownership. There have been numerous threads on the types of springs you mentioned ... check the archives for more details. I posted some info on minilite style wheels (search the archives for "Minilite Findings (Revised)") which lists the proper offset for 14x6 (33mm) and 15x6 (29mm) Panasports and also pricing. As for tire sizing, check Curt Ingraham sizing chart at the link below. Tire sizing is often dependent on how much your new springs will lower the car.
