Here's one for you. I have noticed that a lot of high performance cars (300ZX) have the front calipers on the front side of the rotor rather than the back like the 02.

I figure that those cars can't be easily switched to the other side, but most likely the engineers designed them like that for a reason. The 02 can be switched to the front fairly easy.

My question is: Could that be a braking advantage by switching it around or is it just design?
