As far as the engine mounts, they can be replaced by just unbolting and then rocking the engine away from the mount enough to slip it out and sslide a new one in - for the left one a 2x4 works pretty well - just be careful what you're prying against.
Do one at a time. The Right side rarely goes bad, but can be replaced the same way. I'd lift on something solid, like the edge of the mount bracket, rather than risk denting the pan.
