Any good motorcycle shop or moto-mailorder supply.
You might even find some at JC Whitless. Ask for Uni or similar brand with a coil spring support, unfortunately the "pod" style with the molded base may not be flexible enough to fit over the bell end of airhorns and seal on the horn body. Take a horn with you to a local shop.
