I recently saw an ad for a company that makes a kit you you can adapt so when you shift a flame comes out of the exhaust. The kit is about 80 bucks and is usually for only carbed cars but he says he has got it to work, what do you guys think, this is what he said:

the kit is designed to SHUT OFF your ignition and allow the unburned carb gases
to flow down the pipes and ignite in the rear. I don't know the particulars of
the 74 tii inj system, but if it's like my 1974 142DL volvo, you CAN shut off
power to the distributor and the sensor at the bottom of the dist will continue
to provide a timing pulse to the EFI controls to continue injecting.

Does this sound right at all, I know this isn't very 2002ish, but I think it would be kinda cool, I still have the pic of that turbo shooting flames out of the rear of his car and would love to look the same. Any ideas comments, I don't care, flame me if you want (ha I thought it was funny, anyway...)
thanks
cavan
