I know about the flipping trick. FYI, basically what it does is position the raised portion of the inner sleeve on the bottom rather than the top, lowering the car. My car is already low enough, so they're going in the way BMW intended.

: I have heard that some folks take the early ones and "flip them upside down" to lower the car. I've never done it - but I'm sure someone here can give you the details as to the how's and why's.
