I have had a positive experiance with Maaco (rt 286 Monroville, near Pittsburgh Pa.) The key is, indeed, research- look at the cars they have been shooting-, be realistic about the money involved-you know that a show finish involves many many hours, how much do you want to pay- and preperation- definately pull all the detachables you can. They did some of the bodywork- a dent and some cosmetic surface rust- and did a very good job...It looks fine to most critical eyes. Dont cop an attitude about how dead brilliant your 2002 is...these folks see lots of nice rides and no one likes a wise guy.

ps. they were very considerate about finding the correct color.
