Hey Chris,

I helped a sick-o buddy of mine put a 1983-85 240 Volvo radiator in and here's some slight problems we encountered:

battery must be moved to trunk first (done it yet?)

resivoir bottle should be used - it's hard to find room to mount one

His was from an automatic car - so we left the holes plugged

There are two or more types of fan switch threaded holes. (one's an "inny" while the other is an "outie" thread) - we haven't ficed this problem yet - but he'll be installing a fan swx soon.

The thing works very well using a common VW (jetta/golf) upper rad. hose and shortened OE lower 2002 hose. (With the motor you have - it's anybody's guess!)

Sounds like a neat machine - though - can you post photos sometime?

He's still "fine tuning" the radiator thing - he'll be at the Mid AtlantiK 02 fest with this multi-throttle FI motor for any interested. His car is butt-ugly/ primer / rusty but is just too weird and cool not to appreciate once the hood is up!

Good Luck!
