I think yellow w/blue stipe is low beam. Get a voltmeter, if you don't already have one(wal mart has them pretty cheap).

Check voltage (hot wire to ground(brwn)) at the light) and start working up stream until you find the fault. You can also check the ohms from the connector to the relay, which will tell you there is a short in the wire between the two.

I just battled my low beam on the driver side the other night, and suspect you have one of two problems:

Loose connection at the relay or short in the wire between the relay to the light. The second was my problem. Run a jumper to test for that. Might also switch the relays around to make sure that's not the problem.
