first check that the cold start valve does
not remain on all the time by unplugging it
and looking in the throttle body to see dripping
or constant spray. this could be the only
problem. if it is leaking then repalce it
if not then check that the time switch actually
shuts off by running the car and viewing the
valve again and time its duration. the longest
that the valve should spray is approx,8 seconds.
if it stays on for more than 15 sec. then we
will put a switch in as follows. one of the
wires is brown and the other is a color (?)
at the valve. just interupt the brown wire with
a switch that can be easily turned off on the
dash . maybe on the left side of the steering column. good luck , e-mail me if you need
