This site http://www.bayarea02.com/vendors.html has a great listing. Depending upon where you are located and what you need some are better than others. Those folks that love 02s are often better to deal with than general houses that may or may not know what you need. Have had good luck dealing with -

World uphols. sells the carpet kits as do others. I went with one from GAHH(?) in southern cal - the costly model but very nice.
