If you don't have one of those ""thingies"" I have found the attachment plate from an old seatbelt works fine if bolted onto the flywheel via one of the clutch plate holes(belt side) and then use a suitable large screwdriver or rod though the seatbelt bolt attachment hole and the starter mount. A bit "Free State" mechanic like, but it works like a charm. Terje
