Having done several, including one on the driveway in the winter in Mass., I marvelled at how easy the last one was, because I borrowed a friend's lift. The hardest part is trying to get the tranny to slide back in - this can take hours of frustrating wiggling and pushing. But with the car up in the air it was simple to line everything up and slide it in. We did the whole job in a few hours. Good luck.
