Fiberglass hood for my '02 (archive)

Does anyone know if there is such an animal out there as a fiberglass hood for the 2002? Mine is a '76. Also- what is it that can be done about windows that are difficult to roll up and down? Everything is clean inside the door, but the windows are still tough to operate.
