Personally I think it depends on 2 things:
1. Is the car of good quality or a daily driver? If it's in good shape, then restore, not repair is the deal.
2. How deep are your pockets. A GOOD paint job is 2000 easy. A cheap-o is 300. Your call there.

Personally, I hate sahara.
