Depends on the buyer, actually. It looks good, no rust that I could see (of course the shock towers could be eaten through - but we'll take your word they aren't). Seems like a good, basic, original '02. "Worth" and "how much can I sell it for" are two very different things. I'd put it up for around $2,700 and see if you get any bites. Lower the price by $200 or so and check again. If you don't need to sell it, then put it in Hemmings Motor News or the Classic Car Trader and wait, if you "need" to sell it, then prepare to take less than what someone who really really wants that particular year model might pay.
