Is the manifold on the car? Even if it is, you could probably get a drill in there (from below, preferably on a lift) and use an EZ-out if need be. Did you soak everything in a good penetrating oil? If you haven't, do so and immediately after you soak it hit it with a hammer a few times (not too hard) to work the oil into the threads. The stud extractor or giant vice grips might work though it may be a bit tight in there. If you're not having any luck it might be easiest just to pull the manifold off if it isn't already.

: Sorry guys, I'm talking about the 3 studs that hold the exhaust man. to the exhaust pipe. I've already tried the multiple nuts thing but the studs are practically fused to the manifold. That's why I thought if I heated the manifold it might help to loosen the studs? What are the options? Use the stud extractor?
